Old Moss Tilted Horizon Bowl

I shaped this bowl to feel generous and grounded in the hand. The smooth curve of the base rests steadily on the table, offering a deep, substantial well for serving. I intentionally cut the rim at a slight angle, giving the piece an uneven line that captures the way a far ridge appears against the sky. The deep, semi-glossy glaze outside feels rich and cool, while the surface inside carries a subtle, granular texture, like soft, damp soil after a long rain.
